An aura cleanse is the process of clearing and balancing the energetic field that surrounds your body—your aura. In short: An aura cleanse removes stagnant, heavy, or negative energy so you feel lighter, clearer, more aligned, and less like you’ve been energetically slimed by your last trip to Target.
