Do I need experience with breathwork, meditation, or energy work?
No. Everything is beginner-friendly and guided.

What should I bring?
A journal, water bottle, comfy layers, and anything that helps you feel cozy (socks, shawl, small pillow). Optional: a meaningful item for the intention space.

Is this religious?
No. This is spiritual and grounded — you bring your own beliefs.

Is the hotel required?
No — it’s optional. You can stay anywhere you like.
